Masterbatch for Packaging Film

It is made of high-tech nanotechnology, nano inorganic functional materials and plastic carrier. It has high transparency, enhanced mechanics, good dispersion, non-toxic and harmless, corrosion resistance and other properties. It is specially used in HDPE blow molding products to improve tensile properties, opening properties and impact strength. 

It can improve the plastic film blowing and processing, reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency.

Product features

High transparency: the refractive index of masterbatch itself is very close to that of polyethylene, and the particle size of inorganic material is less than 100 nm, and the light transmittance of visible light (390-780nm) is high, so adding an appropriate amount of masterbatch does not affect the transparency of products.

High gloss: the particle size of inorganic materials used in this product is small, so the products added with this product have ultra-high gloss.

Bright color: the L value of inorganic materials used in this product is as high as 99.5, much higher than that of ordinary inorganic materials, so the color of the product is bright after adding the product.

Good dispersion: the product adopts new nanotechnology to cover the inorganic materials organically. The masterbatch and resin have good immersion, compatibility and easy dispersion.

Good mechanical properties: because the particle size of inorganic powder is less than 100 nm, it has the characteristics of small particle size, large specific surface area, high surface energy and large proportion of surface atoms, which can greatly improve the impact resistance, tensile resistance, puncture resistance and wear resistance of products, and play a role in strengthening and toughening.

Non toxic and harmless: no heavy metals and other harmful substances, less impurities, high purity, can effectively ensure the safety of products and surface cleanliness.



Product use

It is suitable for film blowing, blow molding, extrusion, injection molding and stretch pressing of polyolefin, such as LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE and PP biodegradable plastics. It can keep the transparency of the film and improve the tensile properties of the product. It can improve the film blowing process and reduce the cost.

Packaging and storage

Generally 25kg / bag. Should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place, avoid moisture.
