SiC whisker

silicon carbide whiskers is cubic phase β- SiC, with the following characteristics:

1. High whisker content (>99%), good diameter uniformity and high aspect ratio.

2. Whiskers are easy to disperse and can give full play to the effect of strengthening and toughening;
