1. Modified high strength nylon material: nano silicon carbide powder has good compatibility, good dispersion and good baSiC adhesion in polymer composites. The tensile strength of modified high-strength nylon alloy is increased by more than 150% compared with ordinary PA6, and the wear resistance is increased by more than 3 times. It is mainly used for high polymer parts of armored tracked vehicles, automobile steering parts, textile machinery, mining machinery lining plate, train parts, etc., which can achieve densification under low temperature;
2. Wear resistance of modified special engineering plastics peek: when the content of PEEK is about 5%, the wear resistance of PEEK can be greatly improved (increased by more than 30%);
3. Application of nano silicon carbide in rubber tire: the wear resistance of rubber tire can be increased by 20% - 40% by adding about 2% nano SiC without changing the original rubber formula and without reducing its original performance and quality. In addition, nano SiC is used in Rubber Cots, printers, fixing film and other wear-resistant, heat dissipation, temperature resistant rubber products;
