Performance
Nano iron materials and ultra-fine iron materials were prepared by variable current laser ion beam gas-phase method. The products had uniform particle size, narrow particle size distribution, high purity, low harmful elements such as carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, good fluidity, high oxidation resistance, low sintering temperature, high purity, high sphericity, controllable particle size, no coating, purity more than 99.99%. High performance magnetic recording materials, magnetic fluids, absorbing materials, magnetic slurry, nano guiding agent, extended absorbing materials, etc.
Application
1. Microwave absorbing materials: metal nanomaterials have special absorption effect on electromagnetic wave. Iron, cobalt, zinc oxide and carbon coated metal powders can be used as high-performance millimeter wave stealth materials, visible infrared stealth materials, structural stealth materials, and radiation shielding materials for mobile phones;
2. Magnetic flux conductive slurry: the magnetic conductive slurry can be made by using the characteristics of high saturation magnetization and high permeability of nano iron material, which can be used for bonding structure of fine magnetic head, etc;
3. High performance magnetic recording materials: using the advantages of high coercivity, high specific saturation magnetization, high signal-to-noise ratio and good oxidation resistance, the performance of magnetic tape and large capacity hard and soft disks can be greatly improved;
4.Magnetic fluid: the magnetic fluid produced by iron, cobalt, nickel and its alloy powder has excellent performance and can be used in sealing and shock absorption, medical equipment, sound regulation, light display and other fields.
